Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SellSidekick.

The service

SellSidekick turns a single artwork file into print-ready images in multiple aspect ratios, photorealistic room mockups, and listing text (title, tags, description) for online marketplaces.

SellSidekick is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc."Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc., used here only to describe compatibility. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any marketplace you publish to.

The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

Your account

  • You must provide a valid email address and confirm it before you can generate.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
  • One person or business per account. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits is not permitted.

Credits

  • 1 credit = 1 full generation (all selected print sizes, the selected mockups, and one listing text).
  • Plan credits are granted with each subscription billing period.
  • Top-up credits are purchased separately and do not expire. Plan credits are always used first.
  • Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • A credit is consumed when a generation completes successfully. If a generation fails through our fault, the credit is not charged.

Subscriptions and payment

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
  • Prices may change with reasonable advance notice; changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

Refunds and your right to withdraw

  • Unused credits are refundable for 14 days. If you bought credits and have not spent any of them, email us within 14 days of the payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
  • Spent credits are not refundable. A credit is spent the moment a generation starts, because that is when we produce your print files, mockups and listing text and pay the costs of doing so. Those files are yours to keep and cannot be taken back.
  • If you have spent only part of a purchase, we refund the part you have not used.
  • By starting a generation you ask us to begin providing the service immediately and you acknowledge that, once it is complete, you lose your right to withdraw from the contract for that credit. This does not affect your statutory rights if the service is faulty.
  • Subscription periods already served are not refunded, but you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Something went wrong on our side? Contact us. We would rather fix it than argue about it.

Your content and rights

  • You keep all rights to the artwork you upload and to the files we generate from it. You may use the outputs commercially.
  • You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process your files in order to provide the service.
  • You confirm you own or are licensed to use everything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

Premium mockup library

Subscribers may use our premium mockup templates to present their own artwork in product listings and marketing. You may not redistribute, resell, or make the mockup templates themselves available as a standalone asset.

Acceptable use

  • No illegal, infringing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
  • No attempts to bypass credit limits, rate limits, or authentication.
  • No automated scraping or resale of the service itself.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product develops. Generation quality depends in part on the resolution of the artwork you upload.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or lost sales.
